  • Most recent 30 days pay stub showing monthly and year-to-date income.

  • Copy of your Driver’s License.

  • Copy of last two year’s W-2 form

  • Name of Your Homeowners Insurance Company, Agent, & Phone

  • Documentation is needed to show where your down payment and closing cost will come from.

  • Copy of last two year’s Federal Tax Return (all schedules) to verify commission and/or self-employed income.

  • Most Recent 1 Month Bank Statements for Checking and/or Savings Accounts (with name and account number on the statement).

  • Most Recent 1 Month or Last Quarterly Statement for 401K, Stocks, Mutual Funds, etc.
